I’m pretty sure everyone agrees that cookie skillets are a top tier dessert, but let’s be real, they can be a bit hard on the stomach. As someone who adores all things sweet, I decided to whip up a cookie skillet recipe that wouldn’t send me into a sugar coma or be over 50 grams of sugar. To avoid the calorie and sugar overload from store bought dough, I decided to make my own. Making the cookie dough from scratch was a breeze, plus it’s way healthier since you have full control over what goes in it. I did cheat a little by buying the ice cream, but next time, I might even try making that myself to boost those health benefits.
